I'm a student focused on engineering, with interests that span computer science, math, and design. I like turning ideas into working builds, like GAHSgames.com, a student game-sharing platform I created on my own.
I'm a 16-year-old junior at Gettysburg Area High School with my sights set on engineering. I'm drawn to the process of identifying a problem, designing a solution, and refining it until it works. Computer science is one branch of that interest, alongside math and hands-on design, and I program in Java. I'm also a strong language learner: I'm nearly fluent in Spanish and speak French well.
I put that mindset into practice by independently creating GAHSgames.com, and I keep sharpening it through the Technology Student Association, the National Math Honors Society, and Math Club. Beyond STEM, I've built my public speaking and argumentation skills through Speech and Debate and Mock Trial, served my community through Key Club, and I'm a member of French Club. I compete on the varsity tennis team, play Ultimate Frisbee, raced mountain bikes in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) for six seasons, and was in Chess Club for three years. My jobs in retail and food service have taught me reliability, teamwork, and how to perform under pressure.
Projects I've designed and brought to life.
A student-created platform where students can share games they've built with each other, whether for a class project or just for fun. The site gives student developers a place to showcase their ideas, learn from one another's work, and get inspired for their next project.
I planned, built, and launched the entire site on my own, including the game catalog, a highscores page, feedback and contact pages, and site policies.
